Terms and Conditions
1. CANCELLATION DP & Payments that have been entered cannot be cancelled/transferred/
2. AIRLINES FORCE MAJEURE Forces such as cancellations/delays/changes in baggage regulations/other flight obstacles caused by the airline or other things, local transportation obstacles, riots and so on, then the travel agent cannot be sued & any losses caused by this, if any, will be tour participant’s responsibility. The travel agent will do his best to assist with communication to related parties.
3. CHANGES IN COURSE Maximum exchange rate 1 USD = 16000, if more there is a fee adjustment
4. VISAS
a. The visa approval process is the sole authority of the embassy and cannot be intervened by any party. Other matters relating to the process of not approving a visa application will be in accordance with the applicable procedures of the relevant parties. If the visa is rejected, there will be no refund of visa fees, insurance, tour deposit and other fees that have been paid to airlines/hotels/partners. b. Participants are required to complete additional visa requirements requested by the embassy if there are any deficiencies. If the participant refuses to complete the requested requirements for personal reasons then the risk will be returned to the participant c. If Inamaris Artha Kandara does not make the visa, Inamaris Artha Kandara cannot provide supporting documents related to the visa application process.
5. IMMIGRATION Immigration of the visited country has the right to accept and refuse guests to visit. If rejected, the travel agent is not responsible for this.
6. LOCAL FORCE MAJEURE In circumstances of Force Majeure/forced/unresolved due to natural disasters, riots, tense atmosphere, etc., the itinerary can be changed in terms of composition and schedule without prior notification, this is for the interests and safety of the entire tour group. In this case the travel agent is not responsible for refunding fees or money for services that have been paid for that are not used, including but not limited to additional fees.
7. For the smooth running of the tour, itinerary may change without prior notice.
